With over 45 years of experience as a chef in high-end restaurants, Jose brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep love for Mexican cuisine to our kitchen. His journey began in his hometown of León, Guanajuato, where he learned the art of cooking from his family, embracing traditional recipes and authentic flavors.
Jose, affectionately known as "Nonno" by his grandchildren, is dedicated to bringing the most authentic Mexican flavors to our menu. His years of culinary expertise and his personal touch from his hometown are evident in every dish.
